Job Description
Essential Function
- Assist in gathering and verifying documentation for loan applications, such as income statements, identification, and credit history.
- Communicate with customers to inform them of necessary documentation and loan processing steps.
- Conduct initial reviews of loan applications to ensure completeness and adherence to bank policies.
- Provide support to customers by answering basic questions regarding loan products and the application process.
- Ensure that all documentation related to loan applications is complete and stored securely.
- Support the team in tracking loan application statuses and processing timelines.
- Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned to support the overall efficiency of the loan processing team.
Job Requirement
Education: BA in Economics, Accounting, Management, Business Administration, and any other related fields.
Work Experience: 3 years of experience in banking operation, of which at least 2 years as associate loan officer I.
Salary: As per the bank's scale.
Place of Work: Addis Ababa
