To ensure sustainable growth and profitability of the MFI by setting the strategic direction of the Akufada and leading the implementation of the Akufada MFI’s strategy
Duties and Responsibilities
Lead the direction setting and the development of the Akufada MFI’s strategy, and establish and communicate goals and performance targets; Lead strategically and transform the institutions‘ business to the higher level
Direct the formulation of appropriate policies and practices for operation.
Cultivate working environment that celebrates success, and promotes teamwork, collaboration, and transparency among work units.
create good and productive relationship with any external entities all Broaden and/or enhance the MFI‘s industry coverage,
Monitor and evaluate the Akufada’s performance and keep the Akufada in its strategic track.
Monitor and direct the customer relationship management of the MFI.
Direct the creation and maintenance of an organizational culture which is preferred by its employees and customers.
Ensure that all Operational activities are implemented in alignment with the mission and objectives of the Akufada MFI and practiced in accordance with the financial law, rules & regulations and other applicable laws.
Review the operational policies, manuals and procedures for amendment if necessary and forward to the board of director’s approval.
