Senior Legal Officer

Job Requirement

Qualification:

• LLB, LLM, in corporate governance and business regulation

Experience:

• Must have a minimum of 4 years of experience with at least 2-year service as legal Officer

Preferred Skills

• Having good team work sprit,
• Good ethical behavior and no prior disciplinary records,
• Demonstrate knowledge of, and experience with, laws dealing with government and/or commercial contract administration, particularly contract negotiation, preparation and administration;
• Good customer handling and serving approach skill,
• Willingness to accept changes and implement it
• Recommendable/accepted for the position
• Accepting the given responsibility and being committed for overcoming responsibilities;
• Good previous performance history and working discipline;
