Senior Credit Officer roles command meaningful salaries; entry-level Credit Officers usually start at the Junior Officer grade. Foreign-trade Credit Officers (handling LCs, guarantees, and forex-funded loans) earn a premium because of the regulatory complexity of NBE foreign-exchange directives.
