Secretarial Science and Office Management Assistant

Job Summary
The successful candidate will be responsible for handling administrative, secretarial, and clerical duties to support office operations, ensuring efficient record management and correspondence handling.
Essential Functions
- Transcribes letters, memos, minutes and other correspondences.
- Receives, attaches and keeps correspondences and documents to their proper files.
- Maintain files and records in a systematic way of arrangements.
- Search, retrieve and submit records and correspondences to / from file.
- Receive and reply telephone calls & messages, and connects caller to supervisor on important matters requiring supervisor’s attention and follow ups.
- Arranges and assembles necessary records, and documents as required.
- Perform other duties as required.
Job Requirements
- Diploma / 10+3 / Level 3 and above in Secretarial Science and Office Management, or any other related fields.
- 2 years of service in a relevant field, preferably in the banking industry.
- Certificate of Competency (COC) is mandatory.
