Skills & Experience Required
- Good understanding of core banking systems and related business processes.
- Basic experience integrating core banking systems with auxiliary and external systems (ATM, cards, mobile banking, AML, CRM, middleware).
- Intermediate experience with REST/SOAP services, messaging, and transaction processing systems.
- Basic knowledge of relational databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL), including optimization and transaction management.
- Experience in system administration, configuration management, and operational support for mission-critical systems.
- Ability to monitor and support high-availability operations, including proactive system health monitoring and rapid incident management.
- Experience in batch processing (EOD, EOM, EOY) and monitoring transaction processing.
- Ability to support incidents and user issues, perform reconciliation and validation and ensure transaction integrity.
- Basic system support of monitoring, issue tracking and functional troubleshooting.
Job Requirement
First degree (BSc) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, MIS or related fields with 3 years of relevant working experience.
