Senior Core and Auxiliary System Officer (Re – advertised)

Skills & Experience Required

• Strong understanding of core banking systems and related business processes.
• Proven experience integrating core banking systems with auxiliary and external systems (ATM, cards, mobile banking, AML, CRM, middleware).
• Strong experience with REST/SOAP services, messaging, and transaction processing systems.
• Solid knowledge of relational databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL), including optimization and transaction management.
• Experience in system administration, configuration management, and operational support for mission-critical systems.
• Ability to monitor and support high-availability operations, including proactive system health monitoring and rapid incident management.
• Demonstrated ability to lead team, establish best practices, and mentor tasks.
• Strong experience in batch processing (EOD, EOM, EOY) and monitoring transaction processing.
• Ability to support incidents and user issues, perform reconciliation and validation and ensure transaction integrity.
• Critical system support of monitoring, issue tracking and functional troubleshooting.

Job Requirement

First degree (BSc) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, MIS or related fields with 5 years of relevant working experience.
