Digital Banking Operations Officer
Job Description
- Educational Background: BA Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 1–4 years of experience in banking operations, with exposure to digital or electronic banking channels preferred.
- Core Competencies:
- Banking operations, transaction reconciliation and settlement.
- Knowledge of digital banking channels and payment systems.
- Attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
- Problem-solving and process improvement mindset.
- Quantity: 1
- Salary: Attractive Salary Scale and Conducive Working Environment.
- Duty Station: Addis Ababa.
