Digital Lending Product Officer
Job Description
- Educational Background: BA Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Information Technology, or a related field. (Relevant certification in product management or credit risk is an advantage).
- Experience: Minimum of 1–4 years of experience in product management, digital lending, credit, or microfinance. (Demonstrated experience managing digital or fintech-enabled loan products is preferred).
- Core Competencies:
- Digital lending product management and portfolio/credit risk analysis.
- Data-driven decision-making and analytics.
- Knowledge of digital lending platforms and credit scoring engines.
- Regulatory knowledge (NBE digital lending and consumer protection directives).
- Strong stakeholder and vendor management, business case development, and communication skills.
- Quantity: 1

- Duty Station: Addis Ababa.
