Job Summary

Directly reporting and accountable to the Board of Directors, administratively reporting to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the Director of Governance, Risk and Compliance Services has a responsibility to carry out an independent appraisal of the effectiveness of the policies, procedures and standards by which the Company’s Operational, Financial, Material and Human Resources as well as information are being managed by giving independent assurance thereon; add value by conducting risk assessment in the most economic, effective and efficient manner, thereby assisting the Board and Management to successfully discharge of their respective duties and responsibilities.

Job Requirement

• Education: a minimum of bachelor’s Degree from recognized higher learning Institution and preferably have diploma or advanced diploma in insurance from Chartered Insurance Institute (CII).
• Experience: a minimum of 10 years of experience in insurance out of which 4 years shall be in managerial position in any one or more of core areas of general insurance business.

Salary and benefits: as per the Company’s salary scale and benefit packages.
