• Education: Minimum BA Degree in Accounting or related field of study
• Work Experience: 4 years of banking/MFI experience (with 2+ years Managerial role)
• Language: Amharic and English
• Number Required: 1
• Employment: Permanent after Probation Period up on NBE Approval (NBE’s fit-and-proper criteria)

Salary: Negotiable

Place of Work: Addis Ababa Head Office

Technical Skills

• Good computer skill.
• Excellent Written & Communication Skill.
• Well organized and able to work independently.
