Job Requirement
Qualification: A master's degree from a recognized higher learning institution in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Organizational Development or highly related field of study.
Experience: Must have 8 years of experience with at least 4 years' service as Senior HRM Officer.
Required Competencies: Strategic HR exposure, workforce planning, organizational design, policy and procedure drafting skill, talent succession architecture, employee performance management, strong employee relation skills, analytical capability and knowledge of HR analytics and system.
