Job Description

The Senior Payment Card System Administrator is responsible for developing, administering, and providing system support for in-house digital solutions and platforms related to payment card services. The role involves maintaining payment card systems, supporting end users, monitoring system performance, executing end-of-day operations, and translating business requirements into effective technical solutions.

Academic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Experience

  • Minimum of five (5) years of relevant professional experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and provide system support for in-house digital payment card solutions and platforms.
  • Monitor the health and performance of all card-related systems, including Base24-eps, CMM, PRM, Perso Systems, Acquirer, Interchange, and Issuer platforms.
  • Execute daily end-of-day operations for each payment network.
  • Configure terminals and maintain card channel platforms.
  • Provide technical support to end users by identifying, diagnosing, and resolving system issues and malfunctions.
  • Perform routine system maintenance to ensure availability, reliability, and optimal performance.
  • Interpret business requirements and provide appropriate technical solutions.
  • Monitor system performance and implement corrective actions when necessary.
  • Ensure the security, integrity, and stability of payment card systems.
  • Prepare system documentation and technical reports as required.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support payment card operations and continuous system improvements.
