Job Description
The Junior Customer Service Officer is responsible for providing efficient customer service support, handling cash-related transactions, processing banking services, and ensuring accurate transaction recording. The role focuses on delivering quality service to customers while maintaining compliance with banking procedures and operational standards.
Qualifications
- Fresh graduates from 2024 and 2025 G.C. with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Banking & Insurance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Economics, or other related fields.
Experience
- No prior work experience is required. Fresh graduates who meet the academic and eligibility requirements are encouraged to apply.
Additional Requirements
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.00.
- Age requirement: 30 years old or below.
- Successful completion of the Exit Exam is required.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Basic knowledge of financial transactions and banking operations is advantageous.
- Ability to work with accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer cash transactions accurately and efficiently in accordance with banking procedures.
- Verify and validate payment instruments and supporting documents before processing transactions.
- Process DRS (Domestic Remittance Service) incoming and outgoing transfers.
- Perform cash denomination exchanges and accurately record all related transactions.
- Provide professional and customer-focused service by addressing customer inquiries and requests.
- Maintain accurate transaction records and ensure proper documentation of daily activities.
- Follow internal controls, operational procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Assist branch operations and perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.
