Job Summary

Cinch is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Logistics Officer to support day-to-day logistics and supply chain operations. The successful candidate will assist in coordinating shipments, managing inventory, tracking deliveries, and ensuring efficient movement of goods while maintaining high service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating inbound and outbound shipments
• Track deliveries and ensure timely arrival of goods
• Maintain accurate logistics and inventory records
• Communicate with suppliers, transporters, and internal teams
• Support warehouse operations and stock reconciliation
• Prepare shipping documents, invoices, and delivery notes
• Monitor logistics costs and report variances
• Resolve delivery issues and escalate when necessary
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards
• Provide administrative support to the logistics department

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
• 1–2 years of experience in logistics or supply chain (internship experience acceptable)
• Basic understanding of logistics and inventory processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Attention to detail and accuracy

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ERP or logistics management systems
