Job Description

• Develop and execute the Bank’s comprehensive Digital Marketing Strategy and annual plan, aligning channel tactics with overarching business goals for customer acquisition, product adoption, and brand building.
• Define campaign objectives, success criteria (KPIs), and target audiences using customer segmentation, persona insights, and behavioral data from the BI Hub.
• Oversee the end-to-end execution of digital marketing campaigns, from briefing and creative development to platform setup, audience targeting, scheduling, and go-live.
• Manage relationships with digital marketing vendors, agencies, and media partners, negotiating contracts, defining SLAs, and ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and brand guidelines.
• Lead the real-time management and optimization of live campaigns, using performance data to adjust targeting, creative elements, and bidding strategies for maximum impact and ROI.
• Establish a robust campaign measurement framework in collaboration with the BI Hub, defining conversion tracking, attribution logic, and multi-touch ROI analysis.
• Conduct post-campaign reviews and oversee A/B testing programs to consolidate lessons learned and systematically improve conversion rates across landing pages and ad creatives.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Digital Media, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or professional digital marketing certifications (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Blueprint) are highly advantageous with Minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with at least 3 years in a team leadership role managing media budgets and cross-channel campaigns. Proven experience in the financial services sector or a similarly regulated industry is required, with a strong portfolio demonstrating campaign ROI.
