Job Summary

Lead the design, implementation, and oversight of an enterprise-wide project management framework aligned with the bank's strategic goals and Agile transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement an enterprise project management framework aligned with digital transformation
• Develop and prioritize IT project portfolio with stakeholders
• Lead Agile transformation from traditional project management methodologies
• Establish governance, performance metrics, and success criteria for Agile/hybrid environments
• Create Agile Centers of Excellence and promote cross-functional collaboration
• Oversee business analysis function and stakeholder engagement
• Manage centralized project portfolio with optimal resource allocation
• Implement modern project management tools and dashboards
• Standardize methodologies, templates, and knowledge repositories
• Conduct post-project reviews and continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with security and operational requirements
• Mentor department directors and set performance objectives
• Prepare executive reports and manage division budgets

Requirements

• Education: M.Sc./B.Sc. in Computer Science, Information Systems, IT or related field
• Experience:
  • 11 years (with M.Sc.) or 13 years (with B.Sc.) of related work experience
  • 4 years in Senior Management role
