Job Summary
Essential Function
- Perform valuation of buildings for collateral, project finance and foreclosure.
- Prepare specifications, bill of quantity for buildings.
- Carry out site visits to assigned building projects.
- Participate in the appraisal and follow up of projects.
- Assist in the supervision and contract administration activities of projects launched by the bank.
- Compile data and prepare project appraisal or follow up reports.
- Assist in renovation and office layout works.
- Maker checker responsibility, if necessary.
- Perform other engineering related duties as required.
Job Requirement
Education: BSc degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Technology, or any other related fields.
Experience: 3.5 years of experience in relevant field, preferably in banking industry (banking experience mandatory).
Salary: As per the bank's scale.
Place of Work: Hawassa, Mekelle, Bahir Dar
