Grade 3 Branch Manager

Job Requirement

Education: BA or BSc/MA in Management, Accounting, Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, Engineering or related fields.

Work Experience: Eight/seven years proven and relevant post qualification insurance experience out of which two years as grade 3 upcountry branch manager.

Knowledge & Skill:

• Good knowledge of insurance products & services.
• Acceptable marketing & selling skills.
• Team building skills.
• Communication, interpersonal & analytical skills.
• Written & spoken English language proficiency.
• Excellent computer skill.
• Having CII certification is an advantage.

Salary: As per the company scale.

Place of Work: Addis Ababa
