Job Description
Essential Function
- Render legal advices to departments and branches by examining court orders & decisions and legal instruments and correspondences of legal nature.
- Prepare statements of claim and defence, declaration for affidavit and memorandum of appeal.
- Prepare legal notice to be served to defaulters.
- Serve court summon/foreclosure notice to defaulters.
- Represent the bank in litigations, hearings and investigations before courts of law and other judicial bodies to handle cases instituted by the bank and cases instituted against the bank.
- Request and obtain up-to-date statement of account of defaulting borrowers from branches.
Job Requirement
Education: Graduates of years 2024 & 2025 G.C. with LLB in Law.
Work Experience: No prior experience is required.
Age: ≤ 30
Exit exam is required.
Salary: As per the bank's scale.
